PM Pakistan has launched PM Fan replacement program 2025 to save energy and budget of electricity consumers. Prime Minister Pakistan has opened scheme for people who are using electricity old fans. They are unable to manage their electricity bill. It is right time to replace old fan into energy saver, solar fan. Government has signed contract with 20+ fans companies that are providing five stars and high quality fans in the manageable price.
PM Fan Replacement Program 2025
The Government of Pakistan has launched the Prime Minister’s Fan Replacement Program 2025 to help households lower their electricity bills and promote energy conservation. Through this initiative, homeowners can replace their old, inefficient ceiling fans with NEECA-certified, five-star energy-efficient fans. The program offers an easy, on-bill installment payment plan, making it convenient and affordable for families to upgrade to energy-saving appliances.

efan.gov.pk is the official website where you can register for PM Replacement Program 2025. Fan replacement program is countrywide and all citizens of Pakistan can purchase these fans and adjust their price into the monthly bill. Govt will buy customer old fan into Rs 1500/- while sale Rs 10000/- new energy saver celling fan that fan is NEECA-certified five-star energy-efficient fans.
Prime Minister Fan Replacement Program 2025
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has launched a dedicated portal for individuals who wish to participate in the PM Fan Replacement Program. Energy-efficient fans are available to customers on easy installment plans. A one-time installation charge of Rs. 1,000 applies for the first fan, while additional fans can be installed for Rs. 800 each. The government will also deduct Rs. 1,500 as the trade-in value of your old fan from the cost of the new fan.

3-Step Application Process for PM Fan Replacement Program:

Sign Up: Register online at efan.gov.pk or via the app with CNIC, SIM, and electricity bill details.

Select Fans: Choose NEECA-certified 5-star fans; system shows how many you can apply for.

Replacement & Payment: Company removes old fans, installs new ones; pay installation directly. Fan cost added to electricity bill in installments.
Eligibility Criteria of PM Fan Replacement Scheme 2025
- One application per CNIC and electricity bill
- Fan limit based on financing eligibility (bill history & usage)
- Multiple fans allowed if within your financing limit.
- Candidates must have electricity connection on his/her name.
- It is mandatory applicants does not miss three bills in the last sixth month.
- Applicant must have valid NADRA CNIC.
- Industrial users are not eligible for this scheme.
- A PTA sim registered is mandatory for applicants.
- Last 24 months, candidate doesn’t obtain such scheme.
- Minimum 24 month old users of electricity can forward for this scheme.
یقینی بنائیں کہ ہر CNIC اور بجلی کے بل کے ساتھ صرف ایک درخواست دی جا سکتی ہے۔ پنکھوں کی تعداد آپ کی مالیاتی اہلیت (بل کی تاریخ اور استعمال کی بنیاد پر) کے مطابق ہوگی۔ اگر آپ کی مالیاتی حد اجازت دیتی ہے تو ایک درخواست میں متعدد پنکھے تبدیل کروائے جا سکتے ہیں۔ امیدوار کے نام پر بجلی کا کنکشن ہونا ضروری ہے۔ درخواست دہندہ نے پچھلے چھ ماہ میں تین بلز مس نہیں کیے ہونے چاہئیں۔ درخواست دہندہ کے پاس درست NADRA CNIC ہونا لازمی ہے۔ صنعتی صارفین اس سکیم کے اہل نہیں ہیں۔ درخواست دہندگان کے لیے پی ٹی اے کے رجسٹرڈ سم کا ہونا ضروری ہے۔ پچھلے 24 ماہ میں امیدوار نے اس قسم کی کسی سکیم سے فائدہ نہیں اٹھایا ہونا چاہیے۔ بجلی کے کم از کم 24 ماہ پرانے صارفین ہی اس سکیم کے لیے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
