The Government of Pakistan, under the New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025–30, has launched the Eligibility Criteria PAVE Scheme 2025 to promote affordable, eco-friendly transport solutions. The Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification 2025 26 Program aims to support students, professionals, drivers, and low-income households by providing subsidized financing options for electric bikes, rickshaws, cars, and carry vehicles.

PAVE Scheme Subsidies on electric motorcycles, rickshaws, and three-wheelers are offered, with special quotas for women, disabled individuals, and overseas Pakistanis to ensure inclusive access.

General Requirements PAVE Vehicle Scheme

• Applicant must be a Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC.
• Age limit: 18–60 years.
• Must submit an application through the official PAVE online portal.
• Applicant should not be a defaulter of any financial institution.

PAVE Scheme Vehicle-Specific Requirements

1. Electric Bikes
   • Open to students, working women, and low-income earners.
   • A learner’s driving license is acceptable.
2. Electric Rickshaws
   • Open to rickshaw drivers and low-income transport workers.
   • A valid driving license is mandatory.
3. Electric Cars
   • For working professionals and small families.
   • Requires a valid car driving license.
   • Proof of monthly income within prescribed limits must be provided.
4. Electric Carry Vehicles
   • Open to small business owners, delivery services, and cargo drivers.
   • A commercial or LTV license is required.

PAVE Scheme Priority Categories

• Students (educational mobility support)
• Women, especially working women
• Persons with disabilities
• Professional drivers (rickshaw/taxi/delivery)

عمومی شرائط

1. برقی موٹر سائیکل

   • صرف طلبہ، ورکنگ ویمن اور کم آمدنی والے افراد کے لیے۔

   • لرنر لائسنس قابل قبول ہوگا۔

2. برقی رکشہ

   • صرف رکشہ ڈرائیورز اور کم آمدنی والے ٹرانسپورٹ ورکرز کے لیے۔

   • مکمل ڈرائیونگ لائسنس لازمی۔

3. برقی کار

   • ملازمت پیشہ افراد اور چھوٹے خاندانوں کے لیے۔

   • کار ڈرائیونگ لائسنس ضروری۔

   • مقررہ آمدنی کی حد کے مطابق مالی ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔

4. برقی کیری وہیکل

   • چھوٹے کاروباری حضرات، ڈلیوری سروسز اور کارگو ڈرائیورز کے لیے۔

   • کمرشل یا ایل ٹی وی لائسنس لازمی۔
